This original watercolor was painted plein air in the Airlie Summer Garden when the tulips and azaleas were in bloom. I return to this location every spring, and it is usually the first painting I do after the long winter inside. Arches paper 9” x 12” framed to 11” x 14” in a simple gold frame.
