With over thirty years experience in creating "house portraits with personality", I have original drawings hanging in businesses, universities, fancy historic homes, humble farm homes, and modern development homes. No home is too complicated or too basic for me to create an original fine art drawing for any occasion.

What sets my work apart is my ability to draw the landscape elements realistically, so that even your trees and gardens are an accurate depiction. I have been a landscape painter for over thirty years, working outside from the real thing. I know my trees!

I prefer to work on location from the real building, but I am happy to use your photographs. Please keep in mind that I can only give you a quality job if the photos are clear and taken from the angle you want in the drawing. I can work from verbal descriptions for special elements.

If the building no longer exists, I understand that an old photo is all you have and I can work with that. I have drawn many buildings that are no more!

I require a 50% deposit to get started and will send scanned, in-progress updates so you can see what you are buying. The balance will be due upon completion before the drawing is shipped. I guarantee that my work is original and completed in a highly professional manner.

Suggested size: 9" x 12" paper, matted to 12" x 16"
Artwork is delivered in a presentation mat covered with a plastic sleeve. It is ready to frame using a standard size frame or can be custom matted and framed by customer.

Only the finest grade drawing papers and inks are used to assure longevity.
